Frequently asked questions


Except for new website development, all billing is by the month and invoices are issued on the 1st day of each month and are due within 15 days.

For new websites, we require a deposit equal to the first two months of your service subscription. Your billable service will begin on the first of the month following deployment of the substantially complete site and thus your next payment will be two months after that date.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and eTransfers. On your first invoice you’ll be given an option to have our credit card processor automatically bill your card each month and save you the hassle of dealing with it each month.


For the most part, Cloud 9 does not process payments itself for reservation made via the Booking Engine. For most of our clients, our system securely collects and stores your customer’s credit card information and you process the payments using your existing processor. We do not charge for collecting the information.

For customers who choose to have the Booking Engine process cards immediately at the tine of booking, we will integrate with one of our Payment Gateway Partners who do charge fees that are normally higher than merchant account fees. You can view their fee structures on their websites.  In addition to the Payment Gateway’s fee, Cloud 9 charges a nominal per transaction fee of $0.30 which will be billed on a monthly basis. We recommend Stripe as n Payment Gateway Partner but here’s a full list of our Payment Gateway Partners.
