Send and Receive VRBO Messages Directly From Within The Cloud 9 Platform

Good News!

You can now send and receive messages with your VRBO vacation rental guests directly from within the Cloud 9 Platform. Please keep in mind however that this function only works for “Confirmed” bookings.

You’ll find all messages between yourself and your guests on the “Messages” tab for each VRBO booking – see image below. The most recent threads of the conversation are at the top of the window. The Cloud 9 Property Management System will even display messages that were generated by you or your guest on the VRBO platform which guarantees that the messages are always synced between our system and VRBO.
